Current account can be opened by all domestic and foreign physical entities with their residence in Croatia, on the transfer of funds through a permanent payment order from a giro account to the current account, or on depositing foreign currency or HRK savings.
The owners of current accounts and their assignees can dispose of the funds in the scope of their account balance in the following manners:
- internal account for payments by a permanent payment order
- e-banking
Interest rate for the funds on the current account is 0,10% annualy.
